You can delete the backup of your shop and the data linked to your save ID at any time.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
Open Settings.
Open Save and restore.
Tap Delete backup and confirm.
This deletes every stored version of your save and your restore code hash from our server straight away. The shop on your phone stays as it is. After deleting you cannot restore from the old restore code.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app, write to bill@jocoding.net with the subject "Delete my Ramen Tycoon data" and your save ID (shown in the app's Settings, and filled in automatically when you use the Support row). We will delete the backup and confirm by email as soon as possible and within 30 days.
We cannot find a backup without the save ID, because we hold no name or email for you.
What is deleted
All stored versions of your save and the hashed secret and restore code linked to it.
What is kept, and why
The purchase ledger for consumable items (transaction ID, product, time, save ID): kept for 5 years as the law requires (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, records of payment and supply), then deleted.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, under their own policies.
Anonymous usage events under a random install ID cannot be linked to you, so they are not individually deletable. They stop being collected if you answer the age question as under your region's age limit.
The local save on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game.
